Condensed Milk Pudding

Ingredients:
Caramel:
½ cup sugar
½ cup hot water

Pudding:
1 can sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs
1 ½ cans of milk (using the can as a measure)

 

Directions:

Caramel

  • In a saucepan, melt the sugar over low heat until golden;

  • Carefully add the hot water and keep stirring over low heat until the caramel becomes smooth and thick;

  • Pour the caramel into a tube pan (7-inch / 18 cm diameter) and set aside.

Pudding

  • In a Mondial blender, blend the condensed milk, milk, and eggs. Pour the mixture over the cooled caramel;

  • Preheat the Mondial Air Fryer to 160°C (320°F). Place the pudding pan inside a larger round pan (8-inch / 20 cm diameter) with water halfway up, cover with aluminum foil, and slide it into the Air Fryer;

  • Set the timer for about 30 minutes and bake. After that, check if the pudding is firm. If the center is still soft, add about 10 more minutes.
